I recently stayed at the Ermitage in Montevideo for a couple of days. The location was perfect, just near Pocitos beach and a short drive to the old town and other attractions. The breakfast had a decent variety and the view from our window towards the river was great. The neighborhood had everything we needed, including shops, cafes, and charming pastry shops. The rooms were clean and spacious, with comfortable beds. The staff was friendly and the Wi-Fi worked well.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, just across from the beautiful Pocitos beach. I enjoyed being able to wake up each morning and take a leisurely stroll along the picturesque promenade. The service provided by the staff was top-notch, they were attentive and helpful throughout my stay. The room amenities were great, with air conditioning, a mini-bar, and an in-room safe. I also appreciated having a flat-screen TV and a comfortable bed.

I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

The location is excellent - walkable to the beach and a lovely promenade. Reception staff are very helpful. They provided us with information about affordable local restaurants as well as places of interest nearby. The room is very clean and the beds, very comfortable.

There is no coffee or tea making nor ironing facilities in the room. When you get out of the lift to go to your room, the corridor is dark until an auto light switches on a few moments later- its a bit off putting.

The parking is 3 blocks away from the hotel. It was full when I arrived and I had to go to another one, and pay for it. But the hotel discounted from the room rate after a brief chat with the manager...

This hotel offered a great location at a very good price. The front desk staff were helpful, the breakfast was good, and the room was comfortable.

The bathroom is very small, and could be a challenge for bigger people to navigate. In addition, the shower leaked water onto the bathroom floor.

Great location close to the beachfront and a mall, with easy access to transportation. The hotel facilities were clean, and the breakfast had a decent variety. The staff was polite and helpful.

Great view and location near the beach made it easy to enjoy the city. The room was well-priced and clean. The staff was mostly friendly and willing to help guests with directions.

Front desk staff was not very inviting.

We had a nice and comfortable stay at a hotel located very close to the beach. The breakfast offered was excellent, with a wide range of options including fresh squeezed juice and fruit. The location was key since it was easily accessible by taxi, making it convenient to explore the nearby areas.

The hotel could definitely use some updating, especially in the rooms and the hallways. The facilities felt outdated and some areas looked gloomy.

A memorable stay near the coast!

We had the pleasure of staying at a charming hotel for three nights. From our second-floor room, we enjoyed a lovely beach view. The hotel might not be new, but it had everything we needed. The breakfast was delightful, and the hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Although the Wi-Fi signal wasn't the strongest, it was still convenient to have. The location was perfect for leisurely walks along the scenic seafront, with plenty of shops and restaurants in the area. We also discovered a nearby shopping center and a vibrant Saturday market. Banks, money changers, and a laundry service were conveniently close by. All in all, this hotel provided great value for money. I highly recommend it!
